Mailing List Production

Pelma's business mailing lists are initially produced from desk research to target key industries. These source lists are then telephone researched to identify contact names and their exact job titles within each company. This information together with number of employees, business categories, postcodes, fax and telephone numbers etc, are added to form a comprehensive listing. Each list is TPS and FPS cleaned and registered under the Data Protection Act 1984.

At the present time we are expanding the range of job titles available, to enable you to reach a wider market, so please visit our web site regularly to identify these. Suggestions for new lists and job titles are also welcome.

Data Selection & Output

Selections by number of employees, industries, job titles and geography are included in our charges. Lists for postal discount mailings can also be provided mailsorted or walksorted together with the Post Office report and bag/bundle labels at no extra charge.

Data can be supplied in a variety of formats on disk, generally ASCII, EXCEL or DBF will suit most systems. Label outputs are laser printed 21 to a sheet on 21 x 38mm self-adhesive labels. Labels can be coded if required.
