Personalised Letters Or Self Adhesive Labels

Letters are produced by our high speed printer in a high class font, to give a professional "look" to your letter. The letter can be set to exactly fit your letterhead. We have email facilities for fast transmission of your data so projects can be handled at high speed! The data can be mailsorted at no extra cost. The address and salutation are merged to ensure correct positioning for window envelopes and your signature is scanned and also included in its correct position.

Self adhesive labels are generally laser printed unless otherwise specified. These can be supplied in various sizes according to the project requirements. Label files can also be mailsorted at no extra charge.

Envelopes & Enclosing

Envelopes can be paper or plastic, with or without windows. Generally we recommend that you select a standard size if possible, e.g. DL, C5, C4, etc. Reply cards can also be designed, printed and supplied. Alternatively, you can supply your own materials.

Pelma fold, label, collate, staple and package your materials quickly and efficiently. We operate a same day despatch service for time sensitive mailings.

Fulfilment & Warehousing

Pelma's office complex includes a packing area with racking for day to day packing and despatch. Larger tonnages are handled by our main warehouse, also in central Reading.

In addition, Pelma offer clients use of our Business Reply and Freepost facilities as well as banking, stock control and weekly despatch reports.
