Your data is cleaned using our extensive range of tools. Lists can be merged, postcoded, deduplicated and updated. Punctuation is also removed, the cause of so many duplicates.
Telephone research
We use telephone research to build new lists and update contact names on your existing data. We can find new contact names, their job titles and other relevant information e.g. Company cars used.
Final data sets are deduplicated and provided in a format you can use immediately.
Telephone Numbers
Telephone numbers are added electronically to bring your list up to date. Your existing list can be updated and amended, or we can start with an empty list and add new numbers.
List screening
List screening against the mailing preference service register, Company mailing preference, fax preference or telephone preference. Other screening options include the national change of address file to help remove goneaways and the bereavement register to remove the deceased.
Data is compiled in house or sourced only from a number of top flight suppliers to give you the job titles and industries you need.
Pelma's sophisticated systems remove the data entry errors that commonly occur in contact databases.
Racking for day to day packing and despatch. Larger tonnages are handled in our main warehouse, in central Reading.
